Mortgage files reach the bank complete, and borrowers always know where they stand
Zapidly runs the client side for you on WhatsApp. It answers new inquiries within seconds, sends each borrower their own document list, checks what came in and what's missing, and updates borrowers at every bank stage, based on the status you set. You keep the work only an advisor can do: the mortgage mix, the negotiation and the choice.

Where an advisor's time goes today
Chasing documents
Today
One payslip missing, an ID photographed without the appendix, a bank statement for the wrong month. Two borrowers sending at different times, all mixed into a personal chat, and sometimes, after the list goes out, just silence.
With Zapidly
Each borrower gets their own list, based on salaried or self-employed income. Files are checked the moment they arrive: how many payslips, is the appendix visible, is it readable. Anything missing goes back with an explanation, and clients who go quiet get reminders until the file comes up to you.
"Any news from the bank?"
Today
With the request at several banks at once, clients ask every day. Each of those calls interrupts work on a mix or a negotiation.
With Zapidly
Borrowers get an update at every stage and an instant answer to status questions. The agent says how many banks have answered, never what they offered.
Approvals that lapse
Today
An approval in principle is valid for a limited time, and so are the terms in it. A delayed contract or a missing document, it lapses, and you reapply, sometimes on different terms.
With Zapidly
Each approval is saved with the validity date written on it. Clients get a reminder well ahead, and you see who's getting close.
Leads that go cold
Today
A campaign lead comes in at night and someone gets back to them the next day. By then they've talked to another advisor, or to the bank.
With Zapidly
A WhatsApp reply within seconds, a few questions that frame the case, and an intro meeting straight into your calendar.

Optional add-on
Past clients: a refinance check at the right time
A closed file doesn't have to disappear. For clients who agreed to it, the agent can reach out on WhatsApp at a time you choose, collect what's needed for a refinance check, and book a meeting. It isn't part of the core flow, and you can add it at any point.
Outreach when you decide
A year after signing, when market rates move, or any other trigger you set in the CRM.
Collecting the payoff statement
The agent explains how to get the payoff balance statement from the bank and adds it to the file. You check whether it's worth it.
The rules
- Only clients who agreed to be contacted
- An approved WhatsApp Business template, with an opt-out in every message
- Marketing messages are labeled as advertising, as Israeli law requires
- No savings promises and no numbers: the advisor does the check
Outbound message · past client
- Hi Ronit, it's been a year since we closed your mortgage. Shiran suggests checking whether refinancing could be worth it for you. Want us to look?To stop receiving messages, reply "STOP"
- Sure, why not
- Great. For the check we'll need a payoff balance statement from your bank. You can download it on the bank's website, under your mortgage. Once you send it, I'll set up a call with Shiran.
Clear boundaries
The agent runs the communication. The advice stays with you
A mortgage is the biggest financial decision most clients make. So we defined up front what the agent does, and what it always hands to the advisor.
What the agent does
- Answers inquiries and asks the opening questions you set
- Sends each borrower a document list by income type
- Checks completeness: how many payslips, which months, is the file readable
- Gives status updates, reminds before expiry and books meetings
What it doesn't do
- Doesn't recommend tracks or a mix
- Doesn't show rates or promise approval
- Doesn't submit to or contact the banks
- Doesn't get the authorization signed or verify the borrowers' identity. That happens with the advisor
Privacy and records
Role-based access
Only office staff sign in, and each sees their own files. Someone who leaves loses access immediately.
Encrypted documents
Payslips and bank statements are stored encrypted and deleted according to the retention policy you set.
Activity log
Every message, file and status change is recorded with the user's name and time.
A person whenever asked
A client who asks for the advisor is handed over right away, with the full context of the chat.
The value for the office
Less document chasing, more advising
Files arrive complete
Checks happen the moment a file comes in, not a week later. And when a bank asks for more, you add it to the file and the agent collects it from the client.
Clients feel looked after
Instant answers, a clear explanation of what's needed and why, and an update at every stage. Right in the process that stresses them most.
No approval lapses quietly
Every validity date is tracked and reminders go out ahead of time. You see who's getting close.
More inquiries become meetings
A lead that gets an answer in seconds and a meeting in the calendar doesn't go looking for another advisor.
Works alongside your office CRM, whether that's Banta, Wise, Eitan or a spreadsheet, and doesn't replace it. Building the mortgage mix and submitting to banks stay with you.

FAQ
Common questions — Mortgage brokers
No. The agent handles the communication around the file: which documents are needed, what arrived, the status and the meeting time. It doesn't recommend tracks, show rates or promise approval. Every professional question goes to you, with the full context of the chat.
No. Submitting to the banks, talking to bankers and negotiating stay with the advisor. The agent makes sure the file reaches you complete, and updates clients after you change the status.
It stays exactly as it is today. Some banks require the advisor to verify the borrowers' identity and signature in person, so the agent never handles that form. It can remind clients to bring their IDs to the meeting.
No. Zapidly works alongside the system you already use, such as Banta, Wise or Eitan. How exactly it connects depends on the system: some have an open API or a Make and Zapier connection, and we check this together during mapping.
Files are stored encrypted, access is limited to office staff by role, and every action is logged. The retention and deletion policy is set together with you.
No. It checks the right months arrived and the file is readable. What the statements show, like overdrafts or returned payments, is yours to review.
Each file type has its own list. For a self-employed borrower, for example, the latest tax assessment or an accountant's letter replaces payslips. If it's unclear whether a document is needed, it goes to you to decide. The agent doesn't guess.
From you. Validity differs from bank to bank and appears on the approval itself, so you enter it in the file or it's pulled from the CRM. Reminders go out based on that date.
From the office's WhatsApp Business account, on one number. That can be your existing office number, once it's moved to WhatsApp Business, or a dedicated one. The first message explains how the conversation works and lets the client ask to talk to the advisor.
